Tonight I went to Nicola’s with my Wilmington Foodies group, and ate pasta, pasta, pasta! There were 5 courses, Nicola style:Â

Bucatini:Â like spaghetti, but thicker, and hollow inside, with shrimp, chopped tomatoes and asparagus, in garlic white wine sauce
