Nicola’s: Get Your Fresh Hot Pasta Here!

Tonight I went to Nicola’s with my Wilmington Foodies group, and ate pasta, pasta, pasta!  There were 5 courses, Nicola style:
Manicotti:  homemade crepes filled with ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheese, lightly sauced, then baked
Bucatini:  like spaghetti, but thicker, and hollow inside, with shrimp, chopped tomatoes and asparagus, in garlic white wine sauce
Penne:  with smoked salmon, [...]

Up in the Lebanese Bekaa valley at around 1,000 metres is an extraordinary property whose wines have become virtually synonymous with Lebanon. The Party Crashers’ winery, 36 million bottles, $30k for KJ – sipped and spit

SPIT: invitations. SPIT: glassware
All the talk this long weekend was about the White House state dinner. Happiness Is... An 05 Bordeaux
