ZAP is a non-profit organization that produces one of the largest Zinfandel Festivals, which include over 300 wineries pouring the latest and greatest of Zinfandel. http://www.zinfandel.org/ Below is an event that looks awsome! You have to be a ZAP memeber to pre order tickets. Annual dues are $40 per couple with a $4 fee if purchased over the internet.

Headlining Hawaiian Chef
Bev Gannon- Chef/owner of Hali`imaile General Store in Upcountry and Joe’s in Wailea, and owner of the longest running catering company on the island (Celebrations Catering, founded 1985,) Bev is perhaps best known to foodies as one of the 12 original founders of the Hawaii Regional Cuisine movement which took local food to new heights in the 1990s.
