BlindWine – Wine Tasting Game for Wine Tasting Parties

The great thing about the BlindWine game is that it gives you everything you need to host a blind wine tasting. One thing that makes it unique is that your guests supply the wine. They receive an invitation from the host of the BlindWine party with instructions on which varietal to bring, price range, region and they can even dictate the year of the wine. Then, each player goes to their cellar or to a local wine shop and picks out a bottle that fits within the said criteria in hopes of selecting the best wine. Once at the party the guests' blind taste and rate each bottle of wine. The player that brings the highest rated bottle of wine receives a gold medal at the end of the party. With a solid format and everything included in the package, it makes it easy to add a twist and create a totally different game each time you play.

One restaurant played BlindWine with all of their wait staff to discover which wines were rated highest among staff. That way they could give an honest recommendation to their customers. As a result they reported an increase in wine sales.
